A deposit of 50% of your tariff is required within 14 days of booking by either direct deposit or cheque to confirm your booking. If your deposit is not received within 14 days your booking will be cancelled.

Cancellations notified more than 30 days before occupancy will receive a full refund. Cancellations notified between 30 & 14 days prior to occupancy will forfeit 50% of the deposit. Cancellations less than 14 days before occupancy will forfeit all monies paid.

The number of persons staying must not exceed the maximum capacity of 10 adults, unless by prior arrangement with management. Extra people staying may incur a small fee, just discuss with Carmel so that bedding etc can be arranged.

Pets are not permitted inside the holiday homes.

Smoking is not permitted inside the holiday homes.

All breakages are to be reported at the time. Tenants will be liable for replacement or repairs by agreement.
